There are different ideas as to what the elements are amongst cultures. What are your thoughts on what the elements are?

The elements are the energy that makes up all living things for me, as such, I feel they have very individual qualities that need to be taken into consideration when working with them. Fire, for instance is a very agressive element, it's also an element for rebirth, it clears out the old for something new to grow. Water uses alot of emotions, Air is very thought based, and Earth is very much life giving, not really with the rebirth, it creates new life for the other elements to thrive with.

some believe that the spirit also referred to as Ether is the 5th.
if not an actual element i do believe it is uniting and binding all together....
