This is something I've been working towards exploring when I haven't completely shut myself down. Personally, I feel that there are a few important keys to myself lying in my past. What are some of the methods you have used to explore your past? Have you received conflicting answers? How important do you feel your past is to you?

In my opinion, understanding your past is crucial to understand where you need to go this time around. I look back at it at least once a day, mostly because ther are soethings I just can't work through. I'll get it eventually.

I think it is important to know your past lives. See what kind of person you were, what was important to you because it is probably important now.
