Question about this totem meditation

So, Ted Andrews says you should give it a week for your totem to make itself known to you, so that's what I did last week. And last week it was actually needed because I wasn't sure what type of bird I was supposed to be seeing.

But this week, for the base chakra, I knew it was a fox after the second meditation.

So, do I still need to wait a week, or can I get started on my next chakra?
