Hester Jonas- relatively speaking i know very little about her and i was hoping one of you may have more info on her but anyway what i do know of her story intrigued me.
she was a victim of the european witch hunts.
similar to the witch hysteria in salem mass 1692.
beheaded and burnt on Christmas Eve 1635. she was about 64 years old....eeep!

I tried looking online for any information. The transcripts of her trial are still available, but they are located in her hometown of Neuss
I believe there is a song in German dedicated to her: die ballade von Hester Jonas.
