Does anyone have any experience with channelling a spirit or deity? What were your experiences, and what sort of preparation (if any) did you do to be ready for such an experience?

i only have read a couple books on the subject.
one was called seth i think and one called patience worth.
i really was fascinated with the patience worth story.
kind of a channeling with a ouija board...but very real.

Yup. I channeled Hathor in her lioness form. I had to make sure I had red wine to drink at the end to calm her down. Prepare yourself to feel the emotions and thoughts she does.
