One of the things some of us had started in the past was looking for different places of power, sites that are considered sacred. These sites can be everything from parks that have fey or nature spirits, areas where ley lines converge, cemeteries with unusually high activity..... anything that can be considered a place of power.
What places would you consider a place of power? Why do you consider it such a place?

Definitely Shadow Field (I hope that's the right name lol) at Sand Run. It's filled with fae and just seems to electric with the energy that is there. I love it.

Emi, I agree, Shadowfield is a great place!!!! I love the entire park, actually. I remember taking a night hike one Midsummer Eve along the hike/jog path there, and the fae were having a grand old time playing with me!!!!!
Another place that I would call a place of power is Towner's Woods, in Kent. There are many different areas, each with its distinct energy. There is a field with fae, a kelpie in one of the lakes, strong dragon energy in another part, and an Indian burial mound, where I've had some very profound meditative experiences.
Another place in Kent with just, well, WIERD energy is Pioneer Cemetery. THe cemetery dates back to the 1800s, and is very active. I had taken a friend of mine, Lane, who is clairvoyant, and she saw numerous ghosts. There is a "hot spot" right at the entrance, inside the gate. Location-wise, it is in a powerful spot. There is running water very close by, and it is right along a ley line (there is one that runs pretty much down most of Route 59). Whst some of my friends had noticed (which I sensed too) is that the ley line takes a little "dip" right to the hot spot and then goes back out. I've tried to do research on the area, to see what sort of events happened before the town was fully settled, but haven't gotten much. One of the main reasons for the research was a series of disturbing, vivid visions I'd gotten while being there, or at the adjoining park. Even Aaron has sensed stuff there.

Towners woods in Kent is an excellent example! as soon as the flowers start blooming the fae are very active! A place I have been really wanting to go to is the Serpeant Mounds in southern ohio. The Gorge, with the mighty falls. Just standing near the water you can feel the energy with the water! The Great Mohican reservation in Loudonville is indeed a Great magical and powerful place to see and visit. lets do some exploring this summer!
