What are everyone's totem animals? How did they make themselves known to you? And are the animals what you thought they would be, or did they surprise you?

I haven't done my crown chakra yet, but here's what I have so far:

hawk (brow)
peacock (throat)
wolf (heart)
koi fish (solar plexus)
rabbit (spleen)
fox (base)
crow(feet)

I also have the cat, the lynx, dolphin, penguin, COW!, butterfly, and firefly.

My main one are cat (of course lol), groundhog and spider. It is interesting how the last two came to be. When I was living in Kent, I would constantly take the back roads to get into Akron for work. And I would be constantly seeing groundhogs. It was to the point that a baby gorundhog climbed up into my car!!!! I was seeing them so constantly that it didn't take rocket science to realize they were making themselves known to me. And the spiders did the same thing. Which was kinda bad for me at the time, since I had a HUGE phobia of them, and tended to squash them on sight. It wasn't until I as trying to squash a particularly black one in my car that I actually connected with them. I actually felt the poor scared spider's feelings. Ever since then, I will not kill a spider, and have been known to chastise anyone who does it, especially in my presence. I will always gladly catch it and take it outside......

I'm such a freak lol.
