Is officially dead, killed by American troops. Anyone else scared about the fallout from doing it?

Well, it will be interesting to see where we go from here. I was reading an article that was stating that everyone, including al qaida, just wants things to be over already. But I am not sure as to what sources were used for such a claim.
I am just hoping this signals that an end is in sight for our troops.
